  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely package your items in the original mailer.

  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
